Seasonal Agreement
Woodsong has 117 full hook-up sites that are used on a seasonal basis. We offer a five month camping season from May 1st to October 1st and an activity season thru Nov 15th. To see which sites are available, check the map below. We maintain a wait-list, but seasonal sites are on a first come, first served basis after making contact. Please note that incoming campers must be less than 10 years old.
Seasonal Campsites include:
- Your choice of available RV sites
- 30 or 50 amp electric, water and sewer utilities
- A fire ring
- Two gate cards for access
- Unlimited use of the Resort during the season
- Storage for one boat (actively used)
- Winter storage of your RV (w/ agreement for upcoming season)
Become a member of the Woodsong Community
Members have first priority on seasonal sites when they are available, and receive the Woodsong Newsletter to keep them up to date on seasonal resident activities. There is no cost to become a member.
All residents use the Woodsong Resort facilities at their own risk and hold Woodsong RV Resorts, LLC harmless for any damage or injury. Woodsong requires that each resident maintain their own RV and liability insurance for their family and guests.
2024 Summer Seasonal Rates
- Water & Electric & Sewer – $3,420 – $3,685
- Water & Electric* site – $3,050 (guests dump their tanks)
- Fall/Winter Activity Access – $200 (Elec/Sewer only after Oct 1st)
- Our apologies, but not available for the fall of 2023.
* Electricity is an additional cost and paid monthly
